Christmas Carols

It's a new month and time for a new challenge. Wow, who else feels like the months fly by?!  Our new challenge this month at Craft-Dee BowZ is ANYTHING GOES AND INCLUDE A HANDMADE BOW. Our sponsor this month is Kinda' Cute by Patricia and I used this adorable image named Kids Singing.

I colored my image with Copics and used these great Christmas tags by Lili of the Valley and this awesome musical die cut to accent my image.

My bow is a triple looped bow which was a breeze to make using my bow tool.  This is a great Christmas present for anyone who likes to add bows to their projects!

I love the ocean...

When you think of taking a vacation in the summer time, where do you think of going?  I've always thought of the ocean. Maybe because I love the water and was raised in Connecticut and Long Island Sound could be seen from my bedroom window.

Today starts a new challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ and it's ANYTHING GOES AND INCLUDE A HANDMADE BOW.  Our sponsor this month is Kinda' Cute by Patricia and I chose this adorable image named Mermaid In Rock. 

I colored my scene with Copics and used real seashells from one of our San Diego vacations as embellishments.

My bow was made by sliding a smaller bow inside the knot of the larger bow and then I added a real seashell in the middle to continue my card theme. I used my bow tool and having one bow done and the other still on my tool, made it so easy to combine these two bows!

Pretty and Sweet Ballerina

Welcome to May and the new challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ which is ANYTHING GOES AND INCLUDE A HANDMADE BOW. Our sponsor this month is Kinda' Cute by Patricia and I used this very sweet image named Ballerina.

I colored my image with Copics and love glitter and couldn't resist giving her beautiful skirt the shimmer and shine.

And, my four looped bow was so simple to make using my bow tool.

Puppy Kitty Chickie Bunny

So you're wondering what Puppy Kitty Chickie Bunny mean, right?  Well, when my daughter (who is now 33) was around 2 years old, we took a drive to Colorado from Phoenix. It was a long ride. She had a toy that had 4 buttons and 4 pop up doors. In order from left to right, there was a puppy, a kitty, a little chick and a bunny. We spent 8 hours with her, in the car, naming them as she pushed the buttons in a row and then would shut the doors and start all over again. And to this day, 31 years later, I will never forget the order of those 4 pop-ups.

Today marks the beginning of a new challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ and our sponsor is Kinda' Cute by Patricia and the team is using the image Bunny Girl. For the first time since joining the team, we all thought to use the same image since it's getting close to Easter and I hope you like how each of us have made a creation with the same image!

I colored my image with Copics and if you're wondering about the cross on this little image's face, it's actually the artists' drawing of the image.

I love how this double looped, double bow came out using my bow tool.  I made two bows, one smaller than the other and slide the small one inside the loop of the larger one. It was so easy to do using my bow tool!
