Welcome to The Paper Shelter Blog Hop!

Good Morning fellow crafters and welcome to The Paper Shelter Blog Hop and this is in celebration of their reaching their 3rd Birthday on December 8th. It will be a two week Challenge and both Design Teams are taking part.

 
The Hop is our way of inviting you to join in with us and this one is a  "Special Birthday" theme, which I know is extremely popular!!!! If you have landed here from Lena then you're heading in the right direction - if not then you'll want to head on back to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog to start again, as you'll not want to miss out on this one! Our Design Team have worked very hard and are showcasing the gorgeous images available from The Paper Shelter Website and each blog on the hop is offering one lucky commenter a digi of their choice as well as the main prize, details of which are on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot.

Here's my card for the blog hop.  I used the image named Rhythm Everywhere and she's happily singing Happy Birthday to The Paper Shelter. I colored her with Copics and used a Martha Stewart butterfly border. The sentiment and flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft.

    Oh I love the sheet music in the background and how you wrote the words!! This is just so much fun!! Love the butterfly border and all the other wonderful embellishments you've added! They all go so well with the fun image...I love all things music especially this card! :)

    I love this cute, adorable image -- she's so happy and she makes for a happy card !! Love the pink and brown together - and the butterfly border is sweet. The sheet music is a perfect backdrop for this music-loving gal ! Pretty flowers, lovely bow and of course, L-A-C-E !!

    Your color combinations are fantastic! I love how you integrated such a wide variety of textures, shapes and embellishments on your card without reducing the emphasis on your primary object. I love it!
