Fintastic Birthday!

Welcome to a new challenge at Little Miss Muffet Stamps Challenge Blog!  Today I used this sweet digital named Polka Dot Pals Brittany. I've always loved the ocean and this little mermaid stole my heart. 

I colored this mermaid with Copics and used dies by Impression Obsession and Memory Box. Here's a close-up of this pretty mermaid.
