I love cupcakes!

Here we are, a new challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ so you know it's the first of the month! And, as usual, our challenge is monthly and the topic is ANYTHING GOES WITH A HANDMADE BOW.  I used this adorable image from Lili of the Valley for my card.

The card shape is by a die by Go Kreate, the diecut around my image is by Spellbinders, the cupcake die is by Marianne Design and the balloon die is by QuicKutz. I used my Craft-Dee BowZ tool to make my pink double looped bow and I had this awesome cupcake button from Dress It Up that I cut off the back and glued it in the middle of the bow. My flowers are from I Am Roses and byThita. The tag sentiments are by Lili of the Valley. The little metal flower charm hanging from the little white bow was on a charm bracelet that my daughter didn't want anymore. My tip is this: take a look at old jewelry and you'll be amazed at what you can re-use and recycle...charm bracelets, old broaches, old earrings...I've used so many odds and ends like that as an embellishment or to put in the middle of a pretty bow!

I made chocolate cupcakes with vanilla cream frosting. I wasn't kidding when I posted this and named the post "I love cupcakes!".  I used my Sakura glue pen and applied Warm Glitter Ritz to the petticoat of my image. I also added spots of glitter on my polka dot papers and around my balloon edges, too.
