It's Summer Time!

I'm glad you stopped by today. Today starts one of the easiest challenges you'll ever enter. The challenge at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog for this week is SUMMER TIME. We're sponsored by The Paper Shelter for this easy peasy challenge. The image I used for my card below is named: Summer Holidays.

I knew this image would be perfect for our theme and I had a great time making this card. I colored her with Copics and love the vibrant green, blue and orange on this card. The palm tree is a die by La-La-Land and the small flowers and ferns at the base of the palm tree are punches. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley. And those little green flip flops? Those are buttons by Dress it Up and I cut off the button loop and glued the flip flops on the card. A tiny orange jewel was perfect to glue on her flip flops, too!  Here's a close-up of her and you can see her suntan and even little sunburn on her cheeks! Her drink in the coconut looks scrumptious, doesn't it?!
