Music Box by Elisabeth Bell

This is such a cute image and as a child I remember having a jewelry box that when you opened the lid, the ballerina twirled. Such memories we have and will always cherish of "those" days. This beautiful image is by Elisabeth Bell and she's named "Music Box".



I colored this adorable image with Copics and used a Sahara Sand ink pad for the notes and on the raised embossing background diecut which is by Marianne. The bottom left corner has a die by La-La Land and the music note diecut is by Memory Box. The flowers are from Wild Orchid and the 2 laces and pearls are from my stash.  I used Martha Stewart iridescent glitter on the music bar and La-La Land corner die. I used Graphic 45 paper. And I need to apologize...as I put my watermark on my card is when I noticed my metal ballet slipper charm wasn't hanging straight!

    I don't think you have anything to worry about, Gail -- this card looks strikingly sweet to me! You're being too hard on yourself -- it's beautiful -- great coloring, nice bouquet of flowers, the lace is luscious and the musical die and notes are the perfect match to it all. Looks to me like you should have another challenge "win" with this beauty!! Great card - and Happy Mother's day to you!
