Happy Halloween!

It's October 1 and time for a new challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ. As usual, our challenge to you is ANYTHING GOES AND INCLUDE A HAND MADE BOW.  Being that it's the month of Halloween, I decided to color up a cute little Elisabeth Bell Halloween image.

Coloring black is always a challenge for me and I voted to do gray instead. I wanted to see the cute design on her hat and shoes!!  I've colored her with Copics. Thank you to my BFF, Lillian, for the die cut ghosts. She sent me these in a care package and they were perfect on this card! The bats and spider are brads.

This black ribbon made a beautiful triple looped bow and using my bow tool made this a cinch to make. If you haven't used a bow tool yet, you need to try it. Every bow comes out awesome so you save time and ribbon trying to get the 'perfect' bow for your project! I made my stickpin for additional dimension to my card.

Too cute to be witchy!

I don't make many Halloween cards but this little CC Designs witch was too cute so I bought the rubber stamp. I love the colors of Halloween--the oranges, greens and purples!

I used a cat die from Memory Box and my fence is a die but I don't know by whom. I used my oval dies by Quic Kutz around my image. The purple border on the very bottom is a punch by Martha Stewart and I made my moon with a circle punch and then a smaller circle punch to cut out part of it. I used paper by Doodlebug. The purple gems around my image aren't showing up well as purple, but they're purple rhinestones from Queen & Co. The flat green brads are from JoAnn's. The striped ribbon is from my stash and the polka dot button is from the Ribbon Girls. I added some iridescent glitter by Stampin' Up on my witch with my Sakura glue pen for just a little sparkle. The picture isn't showing it as nice as I wish it did. I used a bit of clear Wink of Stella on her hat buckle. Oh, and she's colored with Copics.
