Summer fun

It's July 1 and time for a new challenge at Craft-Dee BowZ where the challenge is ANYTHING GOES AND INCLUDE A HAND MADE BOW. For my card I've used this adorable Elisabeth Bell image. I love the ocean and have been collecting summer dies and have used a Cherry Lynn die of the Sailboat oval around my image, the small sailboat die is by Whimsy, the lighthouse die is by Marianne and the anchor die is by Magnolia. I finally did it...I used some of the paper I've been saving (I don't know what I was saving it for) by Maja.

You can see my little image has gotten a bit too much sun on her back and legs. I colored the image with Copics. The rhinestone sailboat is from Michael's. I inked the edges of my dies and applied a bit of glitter to the edges. It's hard to see in the photos. :(

And as my finale, I'd like to show off my bow. ;)  And without my Craft-Dee BowZ bow maker, I couldn't have created this double looped bow!  The sand dollar in the middle of my bow is a button with the shank cut off and glued on.
