Too cute to be witchy!

I don't make many Halloween cards but this little CC Designs witch was too cute so I bought the rubber stamp. I love the colors of Halloween--the oranges, greens and purples!

I used a cat die from Memory Box and my fence is a die but I don't know by whom. I used my oval dies by Quic Kutz around my image. The purple border on the very bottom is a punch by Martha Stewart and I made my moon with a circle punch and then a smaller circle punch to cut out part of it. I used paper by Doodlebug. The purple gems around my image aren't showing up well as purple, but they're purple rhinestones from Queen & Co. The flat green brads are from JoAnn's. The striped ribbon is from my stash and the polka dot button is from the Ribbon Girls. I added some iridescent glitter by Stampin' Up on my witch with my Sakura glue pen for just a little sparkle. The picture isn't showing it as nice as I wish it did. I used a bit of clear Wink of Stella on her hat buckle. Oh, and she's colored with Copics.

Thanks for stopping by!

                                                                                Hugs,
                                                    Gail

  1. I can see the appeal Gail, she is gorgeous!! Love the paper and perfectly coordinated ribbon too. I have just spotted Lucy and Linus...what a gorgeous couple of beagles. They are a breed at the top of our list for next time. our collie ,Suzy , was mauled by one of our clients dogs so is extremely wary of others , so we made the decision when we lost our old chap that we wouldn't get another just yet xx

  2. What an adorable Halloween card - you've used the perfect colors for this and your background paper is great. What a neat idea of making a moon - thanks for passing on that great tip !! I love that you colored this little witch's hair red !! Great spooky fence with the sponge shading done on it. Your ribbon coordinates beautifully and a nice button to top it off. Wishing you a spook-a-licious Halloween, Gail -- with lots of chocolate treats !!
