This post is picture long because I didn't know how to photograph a "Fancy Fold" card. So, here's what the card looks like when you first see it.
Then, as you open the garden gate....
And here's the inside of the card.
Here's a close-up of the inside.
And here I am with my beagle Bailey and my cat Harley. Only I don't resemble this young girl...she's a bit younger than me (well, to be honest, lots younger than me) but my Bailey and Harley really do look like this.
This little girl image is by Bildmalarna and the dog and cat stamp are from different sets by Fiskars. The bench is a die by La-La Land and the lamp post die is by Poppy. The card is actually a die by Sizzix and the fence is part of the die. Growing on the fence are flowers and leaves from assorted punches I've collected over the years. I mounted the card on a piece of heavy green cardstock for support.
The challenge at Sweet Stampin' this week is "Fancy Folds". The weekly sponsor for this challenge is Iva Nova Chest and the monthly sponsor is The Ribbon Girl who has donated a £10 voucher.
