I used dies by Quik Cutz, Memory Box and Cheery Lynn and papers from Prima.
This fairy was colored with Copics and took me 4 tries to finally get her done to my liking. From her hair down to her boots was a challenge for me since I use 'cute' images more often, but I think this digital image is awesome, or should I say Bold and Beautiful!
The flowers are from Wild Orchid and Prima (and I can never resist putting a little clear glitter on the edges) and I made my stick pin. The burgundy ribbon is two sided satin and the heart rhinestone in the center of the button is from Recollections. My favorite embellishment on a card are flowers.
The sponsor for the weekly challenge is Iva Nova Chest who has contributed a beautiful array of flowers and ribbons, Crafters Companion with a €10 voucher and the monthly sponsor is the Ribbon Girl with a €10 voucher. I hope you'll stop by the Sweet Stampin' Challenge Blog and take a look at the inspiration from the Design Team and I look forward to seeing your creations!
Hugs,
Gail

ReplyDeleteYou totally rocked the bold and beautiful theme! This fairy is perfect and your colouring is fab. The bit I love the most though is your stunning arrangement of flowers and that lovely pin - I just adore this but am hopeless at re-creating it :-( I think I am destined to admire this on other cards and stick to a more CAS approach for my cards!
