This image is so sweet and the hardest part of this card is picking what color hair she'll have. I made my background paper by embossing the paper and then brayering over the entire sheet with baby blue ink by Stampin' Up.
Oooooo, the different shades of blue are very striking on this card - love the lacey looking border punch, too. Gorgeously done, and once again, a perfectly tied bow - you know I'm jealous!
